Theatre West launches Search for a Script 2006
Theatre West has begun its annual quest for plays to perform in its autumn season at the Alma Tavern. This year, Alison Comley and Ann Stiddard, the company’s joint artistic directors, are inviting a limited number of writers to submit 1500-word treatments for plays based on the theme of ‘Inside Out’. Theatre West will select eight of the treatments to develop into draft scripts from which four will be chosen for further development and performance at the Alma.

Alison and Ann are extending their call for treatments to members of Southwest Scriptwriters. The deadline for submission of treatments is 30 April 2006.
